This heartfelt poem reminds us of the Railways’ glorious past—its countless benefits, affordable and reliable service—and the decline that began in the mid-1960s in Pakistan.
It is not written to blame anyone, but to call for an honest review by professionals and technical experts to facilitate reforms and the revival of Pakistan Railways (PR). Where did we go wrong? Who is responsible? How can we rebuild a better future for PR?
I sincerely hope and pray for the revival of PR.
