Qazianwala is one of the smallest, close-ended mohallas of Bhera. It is located next to Imam Kot ( old Gurdwara), comprising six to eight houses. Masjid Qazianwali is the main feature of this mohalla. In the north, it is Mohalla Chotha Sethianwala, in the west Imam Kot, in the south Mohalla Malakanwala and road Kacheri Bazaar and in the east Mohalla Hattaranwala It is approachable from the south only.

Sher Shah Suri (1486 – 22 May 1545 ), was the founder of the Suri Empire in the northern Indian Subcontinent, with its capital in Sasaram in modern-day Bihar … An ethnic Pathan As per record, ruled from 1540 -45 AD. (Details Sher Shah Suri – Wikipedia). The total period of the Suri Empire was 1540 to 57 AD)m.
2 . To understand developments in new Bhera ( on the eastern bank of river Jhelum ) during the Mughal dynasty, it is important to know the period of Mughal rulers’ reign enumerated, as under :
a. Babur ( Zaheer – ud – Din Muhammad ) . He was the founder of the Mughal Empire and the first Emperor of the Mughal dynasty in the Indian subcontinent. Born in 1483 and died in 1530. He reigned from 1526 to 1530.
b. Mughal Emperor Humayun ( Nasir – ud – Din Muhammad ) was born in 1508 and died in 1556. He reigned from 1530 – 1540 & 1555- 56. He died at the age of 47.
c. Mughal Emperor Akbar ( Jalal – ud – din Muhammad ) was born in 1542 and died in 1605. He reigned from 1556 to 1605. Ruled for 49 long years.
d. Mughal Emperor Jahangir ( Nur- ud – din – Muhammad Salim ) was born in 1569 and passed away in 1627. He reigned from 1605 to 1627. The period of his rule was 22 years.
e . Shah Jahan ( Shahab – ud – Din Muhammad Khurram ) . He was born in 1592 and died in 1666. Reigned from 1628 to 1658. For 30 long years.
f. Aurangzeb Alamgir ( Muhi- ud – Din – Muhammad ) was born in 1618 and left for his eternal abode on 1707. He ruled from 1658 to 1707, for 49 long years.
g . Bahadur Shah Zafar ( Bahadur Shah Zafar Il ) was born in 1775 and died in 1882). He reigned from 1837 to 1857). By the time of his death, many developments had taken place in Bhera under British rule.
3 . Sikh Empire. Sikh Empire ( 1799 – 1849) was established by Maharaja Ranjit Singh ( 1780 – 1839).
