An article on Shamim Bhervi, from Bhera, district Sargodha, by Intizar Ahmed Asad. Shamin Sahib was a renowned Punjabi, Urdu, Pushto, and Hindko poet, scholar, journalist, and translator. He translated poetry and prose from Bengali, English, Persian, and Hindko into Urdu. He was born on 13 April 1914, in Mohalla Khawajagan, Bhera and died on 12 May 1984, in Peshawar, aged 70.
