MEENA KUMARI. A write-up in Punjabi by Maqsood Saquib on the renowned and unique film actress Meena Kumari ( Mahjabeen Bano). She was the daughter of a musician, Ali Buksh and Iqbal Begum. Meena was born on 1 Aug 1932 and died on 31 Mar 1972, aged 40. Ali Buksh was from the village Gaga, 3 km north of Bhera.
