For around 3 decades, I have walked the corridors of education—shaping minds, nurturing potential, and leading institutions with dedication and purpose. My journey of 28 years in the field has been more than a profession; it has been a calling. Serving as Principal at Viqar Un Nisa Girls Higher Secondary Institute, Benchmark and now Vice Principal at Bahria College Anchorage, I have witnessed countless stories of growth, resilience, and transformation.
Yet beyond the structured world of administration and academics, there has always been another pulse within me—quiet, persistent, and deeply personal.
The love for literature.
For years, my poetry remained private—hidden, like a quiet diary of the soul. I never shared it publicly, as if guarding something deeply personal, something sacred.
But life evolves. And so do we.
A couple of years ago, I stepped beyond silence. I brought my words into the light of the digital world. To preserve and protect my creative expression, I launched my own YouTube channel, where my poetry now finds its voice and reaches those who resonate with emotion, thought, and reflection.
What was once unspoken is now shared.
What was once private is now alive in the world.
And this, for me, is not just a platform—it is a new chapter of expression, identity, and creative freedom.

میرا نام کنول فاروق ہے۔ میں گزشتہ تیس برس سے شعبۂ تعلیم سے وابستہ ہوں اور اس وقت بحریہ کالج نیول اینکریج میں بطور وائس پرنسپل اپنی ذمہ داریاں انجام دے رہی ہوں۔
مجھے ہمیشہ سے ادب سے گہری دلچسپی رہی ہے اور میں نے اس میدان کا وسیع مطالعہ کیا ہے۔ اسی ادبی شغف نے مجھے شاعری کی طرف مائل کیا، اور میں نے اپنے خیالات و احساسات کو اشعار کی صورت میں قلم بند کرنا شروع کیا۔ میں گزشتہ کئی برسوں سے شاعری کر رہی ہوں اور متعدد نظمیں اور اشعار تخلیق کر چکی ہوں، تاہم میں نے اسے کبھی پیشہ ورانہ طور پر اختیار نہیں کیا۔
چند ماہ قبل میں نے اپنی شاعری اور فکری اظہار کو ڈیجیٹل دنیا تک پہنچانے اور اپنے تخلیقی کام کے حقوق محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے اپنا یوٹیوب چینل شروع کیا، جہاں میں اپنی تخلیقات سامعین کے ساتھ شیئر کرتی ہوں.
