It is located in the southeastern corner of Bhera, part of Mohalla Sahniawala. It is still the second largest bagh ( garden) inside the Circular Road, after the bagh in Pelee Khoti in Mohalla Sheikhanwala, which belonged to Malak Tilak Raj. In the north of bagh Dewan, it is Mohalla Sahniawala, in the west mohalla Talianwala and in the south Purani Abkari and Circular Road. In the east also Circular Road.
