People of Bhera. According to Hakeem Bashir Bhervi, one of the reasons for Paralysis, Heart Attack and High Blood Pressure is an increase of cholesterol in the body. In his audio message in the Bherochi language, he has briefly explained the reasons, causes, symptoms, prevention, treatment, and cure of good and bad cholesterol. Part 2. To be continued

Prof Dr Prem Dua, from Washington, DC, USA visited his school ( Government High School, Bhera ), after 71 years. He vividly remembered the room of his VII Class, and where he used to sit. A few pictures of his visit are shared. 18 March 2018
