Coparan de Mandi is a fairly large mohalla in Bhera. It is located almost in the centre of Bhera. In the north of it is Mohalla Sheikhanwalaand Gali Rubabianwali, in the west road from Chirri Chog Darwaza ( Qabli Gate -1865) to Laluwala Darwaza ( Multanee Gate – 1865 ) and Mohalla Shah Naseeb Daryaee, in the south mohalla Buhtianwala, and the east, mohalla Ghosaianwala ( now Ansarianwala ) and mohalla Sipranwala. It is easily approachable from all four directions. Before partition, this mohalla had many stylistic, artistic, and elegant buildings. Chopar Mandi has also produced quite a few eminent and renowned persons. To be continued …
