. Tilakraj Vohra s/o Gian Chand Vohra had topped fn the Matriculation Examination in the Sargodha Distt from Govt High School Bhera and his name was on the honour Board. He had his FSc from the college at Bhera and then graduation and post graduation from Govt College Lahore. He was Registrar. Public Works Deptt Joint Punjab and retired from Haryana Chandigarh in 1974.
Please send more details about Tilakraj Vohra . He belonged to which mohalla in Bhera? In which year he passed Matric?
I have not heard of college in Bhera at that time. Maybe a priviate one . Send details about college . Any pictures of Tilakaraj , please share ?

Please reply Raman Vohra , the year your father did Matric from Government High School, Bhera ( if possible copy of his Matric certificate) and any proof of college in Bhera before Partition.

Since he was retired in 1974, lets guess Mr. Tilakrah Vohra Sahib’s year of birth must be approximately 1914 and he must have passed his Matriculation Exam near 1929-30 and FSc Exam in 1932-33. If there was any private college at Bhera in that period, it is a new info. Lets try to get more material about this. Please ask Mr.Raman Vohra about his father’s matriculation certificate. That will be a wonderful evident. Regards
